    • Gross national product (GNP) is the market value of all the products and services produced in one year by labor and property supplied by the residents of a country. As an example; Revenue from Ford Motors (An American company) Indian operation will add to the GNP of USA, while it will add to the GDP of USA. Similarly an Indian working as a contract labor will add some amount to the Indian GNP. The country with highest GNP is USA as of 2013 followed by China and Japan.
